Located in the heart of Truckee, California, this 1979 Gambrel home required a complete remodel. Hickory wood floors were installed throughout the home and customized built-in features helped to maximize storage efficiency and incorporate modern mountain design elements. Redesigned interior spaces included two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a laundry room and kitchen. On the exterior, paint, steel siding and pine trim along with professional landscaping helped to nearly triple the home value.
